How about we put a schedule together. Maybe meet on a chat room that day at a specific time...in our pajamas, bathrobe?

I think a chat room idea is great - especially for the 20th anniversary but I would be up for it on Burbs day as well. Considering there is a 6 to 7 hour difference between Europe and the US (do we have anyone from Australia on the Board) we would have to set a time from somewhere between possibly 9AM US central standard (for you late risers) to about 2 PM. That would be, what, 3 PM to 8 PM for western Europe, if I understand the time differences correctly.
Feb 17th 2009 is a Tuesday, which complicates things quite a bit since many of us will be at work or in school.
As far as the other Burbs day activities, a synchronized watching of the Burbs would be good and I liked Bonnie's idea of taking a shot of whatever drink you want whenever Art mentions food - or, you could eat whatever food Art mentions at the time he mentions it, but you would be pretty stuffed by the end of the movie.

The 20th anniversary would be on the day it was released in what country. Feb. 17 in the US. I don't know about the other countries.
The drinking game with Art and food sounds awesome though, But I would have to have a drink of beer instead of a shot because I would be drunk in about twenty minutes!

Burbs Day July 15, 2008
Okay, so just throwing out a suggestion. I suggest 3pm US EST. I am hoping that would make it convenient for everyone. If not, let us decide now on a time, to plan ahead. I love the idea about eating the food Art mentions. Maybe we could do a whole menu ie Rumsfield Damn Browies, Skip's blood shake, Carol Peterson's breakfast etc...
